We are hiring for the role of Enterprise Account Executive in Ireland on behalf of a Forbes Cloud 100 global organization. This company offers a leading software platform that enhances customer experiences through its cutting-edge automation testing solutions. With over 10+ innovative products seamlessly integrated by GenAI, the platform has garnered exceptional customer love.
With a global team of 1,200+ employees and over a decade of presence in Ireland, this organization provides unmatched stability and growth opportunities. The role focuses on managing 20-25 top logos in a specific industry across EMEA. These accounts already have existing contracts (LAND is done), and the primary responsibility is to EXPAND within these accounts with a proactive, hunting mindset.
* Location: Dublin (Open to candidates willing to relocate)
* Compensation: Up to €200K (50:50 split) + ESOPs (based on experience and skills)
Must-Have Qualifications
* Proven experience selling DevOps services, Automation testing software, Cloud solutions, or Hi-Tech SaaS solutions
* Experience in selling to the European market is a must.
* Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of managing large deals (exceeding 80K)
Responsibilities:
* Expand the company's footprint by engaging with major EU corporations.
* Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Prospect, nurture, and close deals by engaging with CTOs, Engineering leaders, and IT executives, positioning the company as the preferred platform for software testing.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
* Drive the full account lifecycle, including strategy, engagement, solution development, and contract negotiation, to maximize revenue and ensure contract renewals.
* Develop, maintain, and grow executive relationships within target accounts to unlock further revenue opportunities and solidify partnerships.
