Job Description:
A friendly GP practice in Lucan, Dublin is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet patients in a professional manner
* Answer phone calls and receive/make calls as needed
* Manage diaries for GPs and nurses
* Record payments received, send bills to customers, and balance accounts for morning/evening clinic sessions
* Perform general office duties, including post sorting for GPs
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* No prior medical experience necessary; training will be provided
* Proficiency in using Word, Email, and Scanning software
* Enjoy working as part of a team
