The main duties of this role are listed below:
1. To carry out the commercial prospecting of the Road Freight and Transport Related Warehousing products for the Irish Region.
2. To work collaboratively with both the European Sales teams and local Ireland management teams.
3. Identification and negotiation of new business opportunities, both through development of existing relationships and attracting new clients.
4. Analyze the market to identify new and potential business opportunities, offering targeted solutions.
5. Work closely with both the European and Ireland Road Freight Division to seize any cross selling opportunities.
6. To ensure that the engagement and communication with customer / clients is high to ensure continued engagement and loyalty, whilst ensuring continued business growth and profitability.
7. To ensure all key stakeholders are aware of customer performance and risks.
8. Provide regular review and analysis of commercial sales activities and associated targets.
9. To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure awareness and alignment.
10. To execute the agreed business plan to drive revenue, gross margin and profitability.
11. The ability to support with the implementation of new customers in line with business standards, processes with appropriate monitoring and review.
