We are currently recruiting for an Area Support Manager to join Grosvenor Services as part of our talented Operations team.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role overseeing service delivery while supporting our on site team.

Main Duties:
Visiting client sites on an agreed-scheduled basis.
Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating models are in accordance with cleaning standards Following up on any client concerns Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying Training & development needs.
Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
Completing on site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHH Person Profile Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer facing role Soft Services / Technical skills Leadership skills Confident communication skills Solutions focused.
Attention to detail.
