Graduate Quality Coordinator

About the Role
The Graduate Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase. This role involves coordinating project quality processes and procedures, monitoring closeout of issues and defects, and analysing trends in project quality statistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with project teams
* Support project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
* Monitor the closeout of issues and defects
* Analyse trends in project quality statistics
* Maintain and update project quality documentation
* Update and issue weekly project quality reports
* Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Requirements
* Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in a Quality related field
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Flexible and adaptable
* Quality focused
* Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and hard working with a can do attitude
* IT Literate
