Job Summary
This 12-month fixed-term contract is a hybrid role based in Carrigtwohill, Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for project and stakeholder management, people management where applicable, and the technical assessment of all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.
* Lead New Product, Process, and Technology implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital and expense budgets.
* Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.
* Work closely with Product Development, Advanced Technology, and Global Marketing to drive successful project implementation.
* Participate in the selection, training, and performance appraisal process of project resources.
* Identify, monitor, and manage project risk.
* Evaluate existing process layouts in terms of new process integration, ensuring best utilisation of floor space, minimised handling, and optimum process flow.
* Establish priorities and impart a sense of urgency and importance to the team.
Requirements
* BS or equivalent degree.
* 4+ years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP or equivalent certification.
