Job Description
CubeMatch is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to support gap analysis and drive the implementation of the European Accounting Association (EAA) regulation. The ideal candidate will run working groups and workshops to ensure consistency and quality, track progress, and consolidate findings. They will provide full traceability from legislation to testing, while also collaborating with development teams to ensure successful remediation. Additionally, the role involves interfacing with key stakeholders, providing inputs into governance groups, and occasionally handling discrete tasks requiring BA skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a working knowledge of EAA regulation to facilitate gap analysis.
2. Lead and run workshops to ensure alignment and quality across the program.
3. Track gap analysis progress, consolidate findings, and ensure full traceability.
4. Engage with development teams to obtain remediation estimates and track progress.
5. Act as a direct interface between development teams and the program.
6. Provide inputs for steering committees and governance meetings.

1. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. Experience in gap analysis and regulatory change projects.
3. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with development and testing teams.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
