Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Communications Division, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Alarm Receiving Centre and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales staff and oversee all sales activities
* Communicate and implement business policies and processes effectively
* Oversee the 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre, ensuring seamless operations
* Maintain a customer-focused approach in all operational areas
* Provide strategic leadership for business development and growth
* Manage control room operators to ensure SOPs are implemented effectively
* Liaise with external software suppliers to maintain telecoms infrastructure
Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing a commercial environment
* At least 5 years of managerial experience in Account Management/Sales in a services sector
* Effective people management and communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to develop relationships and drive business growth
