Key Responsibilities for CRM Executive
We are seeking a capable candidate to join our dynamic Marketing team, focusing on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights and targeted marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering programmes to acquire, retain, and grow our customer base in alignment with the defined CRM Strategy.
* Create engaging email campaigns and automations, optimising for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Conduct A/B testing and use data analysis to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
* Implement evolving communication channels such as SMS, push notifications, to support personalised, dynamic content.
* Analyse regular and ad hoc campaigns, providing proactive feedback to the CRM team, with insights on the performance and effectiveness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head of CRM in delivering programmes to acquire, retain, and grow our customer base.
2. Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
3. Work closely with the creative team to brief marketing assets.
4. Troubleshoot performance issues, working closely with the customer support team to correct customer impact.
5. Perform ongoing competitor research and develop responsive recommendations.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
* Knowledge of integrated marketing messaging platforms, such as Xtremepush, Optimove, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* 1-2 years CRM experience in iGaming, Fintech, or similar industry.
* Fluent in Mexican Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
* Numerate and analytical mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
