We have an opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager Sales to lead the Finance Sales function within Musgrave Wholesale & Foodservice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage weekly sales reporting, ensuring variances versus target and last year are understood and communicated.
* Promote key daily, weekly, and periodic performance reporting that is user-friendly and action-oriented.
* Deliver support to budget owners to understand key sales trends.
* Lead the business in completing Budget, Forecast, and 3-Year Plans for Sales.
* Support the development and execution of the business strategy and annual business plan.
* Collaborate with the Musgrave Wholesale & Foodservice Management team on all commercial projects/initiatives.
* Proactively support commercial decisions, such as new business tenders, and contribute value to the decision-making process.
* Ensure no surprises at quarterly hard close and year-end audit by providing appropriate support and aligning on key decisions with the Financial Accounts team.
* Ensure compliance with Musgrave governance and identify and escalate risk when necessary.
* Support initiatives to drive optimization and simplification in ways of working for the Finance team.
* Foster, motivate, and develop the skills and wellbeing of the Finance team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or other relevant professional qualification.
* 2+ years' experience in a business partnering role.
* Leadership qualities to lead and develop a motivated team.
* Significant experience managing stakeholders and operating at a senior level within an organization.
* Demonstrate potential to be a future Commercial Financial Controller.
* Ability to build relationships and confidently interact with internal and external customers.
* Stakeholder engagement and management.
* Make decisions at pace, work in a disciplined manner, and adapt quickly when required.
* Project management and change management skills.
* Process excellence and systems-driven approach.
* Flexible and adaptable.

Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model, allowing you to balance remote work with collaboration in the office. Occasional business travel to other locations may be required.
