As a French Account Manager (m/f/d) in Digital Marketing, you'll manage key accounts and drive revenue growth at the forefront of our European expansion.

General responsibilities (for Junior/Senior):Manage and grow a client portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking agency and direct clientsUse Pinterest ad tools to boost performance, reach, and revenueAnalyze campaign KPIs (e.g.
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)Create reports, insights, and actionable optimization recommendationsCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teamsCommunicate new features and best practices to clients(for Senior) Key responsibilities for High-priority Agencies: Manage high-impact, strategic agency accountsWork closely with a second Agency Account Manager as a tandem teamSupport onboarding and mentoring of new team membersDevelop tailored growth strategies for key agency partners(for Senior) Key responsibilities for Operational focus (Volume Management and Scaling): Handle a large volume of agency and client accountsIndependently troubleshoot and optimize campaign performanceFocus on upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation of dormant accountsShare market insights and campaign trends internally to shape sales strategyThe required qualifications (Junior & Senior Level): 1–4 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or related agency environmentHands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as:Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, or LinkedInSolid understanding of current trends and best practices in online marketingProven experience in client-facing roles (client consulting, presentations, stakeholder management)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsNative-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient English (minimum B2–C1)Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as Office 365 or Google WorkspaceStrong team player mindset with the ability to work independentlyHigh affinity for digital technologies and emerging tech innovationsReliable, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work with strong deadline disciplineAdditional Qualifications for Senior Level: 2–4 years of experience in the AdTech field or with performance marketing projectsExperience in account management with a focus on existing client development (upselling, retention)Strong analytical skills – experience with data-driven optimization and reportingExperience in KPI-driven client consulting and strategic campaign planningYour compensation/benefits: Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteWorking Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5/6 PM (40 hrs/week, no shifts)Base salary: €34,000 - €46,000 + €15,000 commission/quarter (negotiable, depending on your work experience)Health insurance, pension plan, income protection, life/accident Insurance.Overtime Pay, Leave: 20 days + 2 workdays + 2 volunteer daysEmployee Discounts and reward Points: Redeemable for gift vouchersEmployee Share Purchase Plan: Up to 15% discount on sharesTeam Events: Social activitiesCareer Guidance: Coaching and financial adviceDynamic Work Environment: With a leading social media platformIf you're passionate about digital marketing and excited to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
