The Top Security Group is a leading provider of security solutions to a large and diverse client base including State and semi-state bodies, small & medium sized businesses, large corporations, and property companies, multinationals and residential customers nationwide.
We are seeking a Commercial Manager for our office in Cork, who will be responsible for the day to day running of the Security and Systems divisions.
Reporting to the Group Chairman the successful candidate should have good commercial experience with the ability to negotiate new business and manage existing key clients.
The role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of the business to our commercial and domestic customers and our external partners within the industry.
The successful candidate should have experience of managing a business with direct exposure to end users.

The Role and Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the business including growth and on-going delivery of existing services.
Achieve new business targets.
Develop a sales pipeline to new customers and upsell to our existing customer base.
To execute business objectives taking direct control of key relationships and managing the overall sales function.
Hands on approach and ability to lead by example and provide support wherever needed.
Responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities.
Preparation of reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant data.
Maintain company standards by reinforcing an ethos built up over 45 years.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years previous commercial management and sales experience in a service sector.
Direct sales experience managing high-profile corporate clients.
Knowledge of the security industry an advantage but not essential Strong communication, presentation negotiation skills.
A highly motivated self-starter with an appetite for success.
