Lough Inn Restaurant, Farm, and Pub, Ltd located in Partry, County Mayo is seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our production kitchen. You will collaborate with the Heads of Production who design, implement, and operate the hydroponics, raised bed, and field-grown veggies used in the restaurant. The menu ingredients change with the harvests, and you will locally source proteins. We heavily rely on and use hydroponics as the farming production method.
