You oversee exciting commercial and residential projects in the South of Dublin and North Wicklow bringing innovative designs to life. Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of fit-out and design projects, from planning to completion. Manage on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays. Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design integrity. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and compliance documentation, providing regular updates to senior management. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager, ideally within the fit-out and design sector. Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and design principles. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage. A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
