Seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, logistics, and showroom activities.
* Oversee vehicle procurement, pricing, and market competitiveness.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
* Proven management experience, including team leadership and strategic planning.
* Deep understanding of the Irish automobile market and customer behaviour.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
* Fluent verbal and written English.
* Full driving licence.
