Business Development Manager
A well-established provider of security and fire protection solutions is expanding and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across their portfolio of security and fire safety products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in electronic security and fire systems.
* Promote and sell solutions, including CCTV, alarms, access control, fire alarms, extinguishers, intercoms, and automated gates.
* Conduct site surveys and attend client meetings to assess and propose tailored solutions.
* Meet targets for maintenance, service contracts, monitoring, and new system installations.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, ensuring regular reporting to management.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing a robust network of potential clients.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to align with customer needs and company objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 2+ years of successful sales experience in security and/or fire systems, maintenance, or monitoring.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
