Role & Responsibilities
* Manage, lead and deliver a team of 10 staff and report directly to the board on your progress.
* Lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across a variety of sectors in Dublin, including healthcare, fitout, and residential.
* Engage directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
* Check/oversee drawings produced by your team, with all projects carried out using Revit, and most recently to BIM Level 2.
* Support your team throughout all stages of projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
* Contribute to the strategic development of the practice.
Required Skills & Experience
* RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Experience in delivering medium to large-scale complex projects across all RIBA stages in healthcare, residential, educational, or fitout.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD.
* Strong design and technical capabilities.
* Site experience is essential.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Confident in leading teams through all project stages.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Fantastic written and verbal English.

* €80,000 - €90,000.
* Office hours 9am to 5.30pm, with an early finish Friday at 1.30pm.
