Job Title: Office Administrator - Part Time
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in a busy Cork City office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting various internal departments from an administration perspective.
This is a permanent part-time position, and the working hours will be confirmed upon selection. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €30-35K pro rata.
Location: Cork City
Key Responsibilities:
* General office management and organization, including greeting visitors, organizing meetings, and booking meeting rooms.
* Answering a busy phone line for the main office as well as on behalf of the team.
* Opening and distributing the post/deliveries.
* Keeping the office environment organized and on track.
* Assisting with arranging travel on behalf of the team.
* Managing stationery and office supplies.
* Managing main office emails, taking messages in a professional manner.
* Assisting the HR department with administration duties, including updating databases, reviewing CVs, and scheduling interviews.
* Scheduling and booking relevant training for staff members.
* Ongoing database management.
Requirements:
* A hard worker with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous office administration work is essential.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Flexibility with working hours would be preferable.
