Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Systems Manager to join our team. This senior role reports directly to the Head of Finance and involves improving financial processes and systems within the organisation during its period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Roll out our existing finance system across all operational areas, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
* Analyse and document current financial processes to identify areas for improvement and map out necessary changes.
* Develop and implement process improvements, simplifying tasks and automating finance operations wherever possible.
* Create tools to assist finance teams with reporting, budgeting, and process enhancements.
* Oversee the implementation of system upgrades and integrations with other organisational systems.
* Explore new technologies relevant to the finance function and recommend their adoption.
* Design and deliver training sessions for finance users as needed.
* Maintain comprehensive support manuals and establish metrics tracking systems.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in systems implementation.
* A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
* Strong knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools.
* Excellent initiative, motivation, commitment, and professionalism.
* Superb verbal, analytical, organisational, and written communication skills.
