Role Overview:
We are expanding rapidly and seeking a Sales and Social Media Campaign Optimiser to introduce a distinctive digital marketing advertising solution across the German market. This role involves collaborating with a global social media platform to support businesses in establishing a strong brand and marketing presence on the dedicated platform. You will be tasked with searching and approaching new businesses, and guiding new clients from their initial engagement, providing education, inspiration, and assistance in creating effective advertising campaigns that align with their objectives.
This position offers a chance to work with a prominent social media platform, supported by a top global professional services firm. This would involve working together with the sales team to build and grow client accounts, troubleshoot and optimise campaigns. This role would best suit individuals passionate about social media, digital marketing and experienced in sales or customer service backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, research, and reach out to potential business partners who could benefit from the client’s unique offerings, delivering tailored product pitches.
2. Collaborate with existing advertisers to understand their strategic and tactical goals, and co-develop effective marketing plans.
3. Develop a deep understanding of partners’ business objectives, providing insightful recommendations to support their success.
4. Ensure new advertisers are set up for success before transitioning them to an Account Manager for continued development and growth.
5. Build and nurture long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
6. Achieve set KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
7. Share and acquire valuable insights by working closely with the broader sales team.
Requirements:
8. Fluent German and English
9. Minimum one year of experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (ideally in sales or customer service).
10. Ability to understand, address, and overcome customer objections with compelling marketing plans leveraging the social media platform abilities and product range.
11. Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
12. Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
13. Proven ability to use analytical methods to address business challenges.
14. Experience in training and educating advertisers on campaign creation and optimisation.
15. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in social media and digital marketing success
16. Proven track record of working towards quarterly goals in a KPI-driven setting.
17. Quick learner with up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
