Fexco Managed Services are currently recruiting for an E-Marketing Communications Campaign Manager to join their team. This role is a permanent, full-time position based in our Kerry office, with remote/hybrid working options available.
Job Summary
An accomplished marketing communications expert with a minimum of 3 years of management experience in email marketing campaign management, operations and project management. Demonstrating exceptional skills in strategising, planning, executing, measuring, and reporting on direct email communication campaigns.
Adept at utilising Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365 Marketing for automated campaign management.
Demonstration a strong track record of overseeing campaign service teams and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives within agreed scopes and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Management:
1. Develop and implement effective e-marketing strategies tailored to business objectives.
2. Plan, execute, and oversee direct e-communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
3. Utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM/Dynamics 365 Marketing to automate and optimise campaign workflows and any other equivalent email marketing platforms in the marketplace.
Campaign Performance and Reporting:
1. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
2. Prepare detailed reports and analysis on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure all campaigns are executed to scope and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all campaign communications and deliverables.
Project Management:
1. Lead end-to-end project management for complex marketing campaigns, from concept development to final execution.
2. Ensure campaign projects are delivered on time, within scope by managing resources, schedules, and risks effectively.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign activities and ensure all project deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
4. Use project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and track progress.
5. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in email marketing communications and campaign management.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Click Dimensions/Dynamics 365 Marketing and any other equivalent email marketing platforms in the marketplace.
3. Degree-level qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
4. Strong creative and analytical skills with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Please note that this position serves one of our contracted clients. The client in question sends numerous campaigns to very diverse audiences of thousands, totalling hundreds of thousands of emails per year.
This role involves overseeing email campaigns to ensure the correct information is sent to the right people, while implementing best practices in scheduling, content, and branding. The ideal candidate will manage the number of emails being sent and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content for the target audience. Additionally, they will use insights to aid business decisions and drive improvements in our email marketing strategies.
