As part of our European expansion plans, we have identified the need to hire a Technical Sales Manager. This position will be fully remote, with periodic trips to the Irish HQ expected from time to time.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct analysis of the business environment with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector to identify new customers.
2. Create and manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring the ongoing activities and customer experience related to them.
3. Develop technical/product knowledge around the key technologies and applications in the renewable energy space.
4. Prioritize and manage the pipeline of prospects according to their potential, ensuring strategic and commercial fit with Anecto’s needs.
5. Analyze and create innovative solutions and propositions that deliver tangible business benefits to customers.
6. Develop effective sales proposals and presentations utilizing a range of communications tools and techniques.
7. Develop effective public relations and marketing activities related to the energy business.
Experience
1. Professional background in a technical sales role in a B2B environment.
2. Strong understanding of the renewables market with experience in a power electronics background.
3. Desirable: 3rd level/university qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.

1. Proficient in English and French/German.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a capability to build and forge customer relationships.
3. Consultative approach to solving commercial problems and building business.
4. Proficient in the use of good questioning and listening techniques.
5. Ability to work on own initiative, ensuring effective time management, prioritization, and strategic alignment of activities.
