Our Graduate Programme
Over two years, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business.
You will gain experience in:
* PLC and SCADA design
* Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
* Control logic programming
* Control panel hardware design
* Site testing & commissioning
You will also have the opportunity to generate technical documentation, interact with customers, and travel to customer sites for installation, testing, and commissioning.
Training and Development
Our induction programme is based on a 70-20-10 model for learning and development.
On-the-job Learning: You'll get stuck in from Day 1, working on real projects, delivering real business value to our customers both on- and off-site.
Learning from others: You'll be part of a team, working with subject matter experts and interacting with our customers daily.
