Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Supply Planner to join our team in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with innovative people and work on diverse projects.
This is a hybrid/remote working role in Ireland, requiring 1 day a week in the office for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with local and European teams including Marketing Intelligence Analysts, Sales & Marketing, Supply Planners, and Demand Managers.
2. Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) focusing on aligning demand plans with business objectives.
3. Manage demand planning exceptions such as out-of-control demand, forecast bias, and unusual month-to-date demand.
4. Oversee demand planning aspects of product life cycles including new products, end-of-life, phase-in/phase-out processes.
5. Gather and incorporate Market Intelligence into demand plans.
6. Optimize statistical forecasts using Demand Planning tools.
7. Utilize forecast performance metrics tools to measure accuracy and take corrective actions.
8. Maintain data integrity within demand planning systems.
9. Forecast finished goods for the EMEA region.
10. Conduct what-if simulations and analyses on forecasts.
11. Lead project management initiatives.
12. Provide key inputs to support Supply and Production Planning organization in developing inventory strategies.
Requirements:
1. Experience in planning or similar logistics roles.
2. Knowledge of Supply chain principles and inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques, and statistics.
3. Knowledge of demand and DRP planning tools as well as SAP/APO experience.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Bachelor's degree or higher ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Business & Engineering (Industrial Engineer).
