Role: In this role you will be a member of the Internal Support Team, office-based role in the Classon House, Dundrum, Dublin 14, with duties including business administration and management support.
37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, Office hours are 8:45 to 17:15 with 1 hour for lunch between 1-2pm.
The position will require excellent written/verbal communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
The position will require you to co-ordinate and prioritise the task ensuring competition to quality standards and time scales required.
Some tasks are daily, others monthly, some only as required.
Working and co-ordinating with other Internal Support Team members in all offices.
An indication of duties (but not limited to) given below: Assisting Chief Operation Officer, Directors with admin/reporting requirements.
Working and co-ordinating with other employees who require admin assistance for project work, including producing documentation using MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project admin and formatting/compiling document.
Monitoring Timesheets Compliance by Employees.
Reception duties (leave cover only).
Progression of this role will include training to aid Quality Manager with update of system documentation and records required for compliance with our ISO standards certifications 9001 Quality, 14001 Environment and 19650 BIM.
On the job training will be provided on an ongoing basis until confident with tasks.
Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience.
