German Sales Renewal Representative
Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri), Training is 100% onsite in our Dublin City Centre office, with a hybrid model allowing for 2 days of remote work per week.
Salary: €45,000 On Target Earnings + uncapped commission earnings for exceeding targets.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic German Sales Renewal Representative to join our growing service solutions company in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and continuing our relationships with existing clients.
In this role, you will excel at building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, articulating the value of our services, and negotiating contract terms to ensure a seamless renewal process.
Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts and provide exceptional customer care, anticipating clients' needs and renewing contracts within an existing client database.
* Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and come up with innovative ways to enhance their experience.
* Meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
* Negotiate and communicate with external parties to renew agreements.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contract renewals, and execute presentation packages with 100% accuracy.
* Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
* Administrative tasks using CRM systems.
Candidate Profile
* 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or account management.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* High motivation, enthusiasm, and innovative approach.
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administration and MS Office skills.
* Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
