Job Description
Eirdata is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Site Lead to perform troubleshooting, inspection, installation and repair of HVAC, extraction and motors across the site.
The role entails operation and maintenance of a number of utility systems and production equipment on site.
Duties & Main Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting, replacing components on schedule.
* Testing and adjusting a variety of primarily electrical equipment and systems.
* Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing, adjusting and calibrating a variety of electrical systems.
* Overhauling, cleaning and/or replacement of defective parts.
* Providing engineering support to production.
* Operation, monitoring and maintaining various utility systems.
* Managing site work orders on a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
* Manage and carry out on-site instrument calibrations.
* Work to achieve the site services required Key Performance Indicators.
* Maintaining Site Documentation in Line with Client Requirements.
* Coordination and planning of Eirdata validation mobile engineers.

Education & Qualifications:
* Relevant Qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation craft.
* Experience working within a regulated environment.
* Experience in commissioning and validation an advantage.
Quality & Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Responsibilities:
* Read and understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Policies.
* Attend training, complete assessments as required & EHS meetings.
* Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with site SOP's, Quality Systems, EHS standards and guidelines and relevant legal requirements.
* Report all accidents, incidents and any EHS issues using the appropriate process in a timely manner. Engage with safety investigations as required to identify root causes and appropriate corrective actions.
Required Skills:
* Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Current, working knowledge of site and industry standards regarding Good Engineering Practice.
* Familiarity with engineering operations policies, systems, and procedures.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills, a confident and effective decision maker, with a proven ability to influence others.
* Team player, with a flexible approach and able to work under own initiative.
* Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Competent level of technical writing and understanding of technical documentation.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
