What you’ll be doing:
1. Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone, up to 60 calls per day.
2. Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to all contacts
3. Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner
4. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
5. Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process
What we’re looking for:
6. Previous experience working in similar environment
7. Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
9. Having excellent organisational skills
10. Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
11. Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
12. Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
13. Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
