About the Role:
Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on assignment with a high-profile public sector organisation undergoing major change and transformation.
This role will focus on providing analytical and strategic support for large-scale public sector programmes within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed business analysis to support the initiation and transition of major transformation programmes within the public sector.
Work closely withstakeholders across government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external partners to gather and document business requirements.
Provide expertise incontact centre operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Support theprogramme initiation phase, assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
Facilitate the smooth transition of projects intobusiness as usual (BAU) operations, ensuring sustainability and long-term success.
Collaborate withtechnical and non-technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into solutions.
Contribute torisk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
Produce comprehensive reporting and documentation, delivering clear updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, ideally within the public sector or other highly regulated environments.
Proven expertise incontact centre operations, including process improvement and technology implementation.
Experience inprogramme initiation, including gathering business requirements, defining scope, and setting objectives.
Strong track record in transitioning programmes intobusiness as usual (BAU) operations.
Excellentstakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams and external partners.
Solid understanding ofrisk management principles, with experience in identifying and mitigating business risks.
Strong competency inreporting and documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance in project execution.
Relevant business analysis qualification (e.g., BCS, CBAP, or equivalent) is desirable.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
