Our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturing company based in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork is looking to expand their team, with Test Technicians. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, days-only hours, along with a generous salary and benefits package including 27 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, profit sharing, and educational assistance. Key Responsibilities: Set up and test electronic products using schematics, technical drawings, and procedures. Utilise a range of test equipment (e.g., multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) to troubleshoot and debug systems. Test and debug electronic motor controllers, PCBs, and systems, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Essential Requirements: Qualification in Electronics (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent). 1+ year of experience in electronic testing and debugging, ideally in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Proficient with test equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents, with a solid understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics.
