Major Duties:
1. Operate as a Subject Matter Expert in the relevant process within Depositary Operations;
2. Review and provide feedback on other partners’ work;
3. Support the onboarding of new partners within the department;
4. Handle/troubleshoot complex activities/challenges;
5. Action various daily processes & maintain team mailbox;
6. Participate in meetings with relevant internal and external parties;
7. Support and engage in operational change and system enhancements;
8. Ensure governance procedures are adhered to;
9. Support reporting requirements for both internal and external clients.
Knowledge:
1. Strong understanding of the Funds Industry is a requirement;
2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties;
3. Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment;
4. Strong problem-solving skills;
5. Proficient in MS Office.
Experience:
1. Depositary experience is desirable;
