At Fine Grain, our occupiers are our clients. As a Client Relations Manager, your primary objective is to bolster the team’s efforts in lead generation and leasing to deliver the asset strategy for the portfolio by developing strong client relationships and spearheading leasing endeavors through active business development activities and client events. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Head of Client Relations, you’ll collaborate with the whole Fine Grain team. This position is ideally based in Dublin, with significant national travel required for property visits, events, and meetings, necessitating access to a car.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work collaboratively with the Fine Grain team and partner service providers to support and drive business development, marketing initiatives, and leasing.
* Maximise revenue across the existing portfolio through the development of strong relationships with existing clients and the generation of new leads.
* Grow revenue via the development of leasing strategies for new acquisitions.
* Support the continuous development of strong relationships with existing clients.
* Utilise marketing, sales, events, and administrative skills to enhance lead generation for current and future property portfolios.
* Lead in the planning and co-ordination of warm welcome events for new clients.
* Work with our CRM system, HubSpot, to maintain, monitor, and report on stakeholder interactions within the business.
Job Requirements
IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* At least 5 years experience in commercial leasing.
* Experience in business development, marketing, and sales.
* Property surveying qualifications are desired but are not essential.
* Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint with good verbal, numerical, and report writing skills.
* Full clean driving license essential, along with access to a car for business-related travel.
