Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a small team of recruiters
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
* Sourcing candidates through advertising, search, and networking
* Interviewing, selecting, and assessing candidates
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
* Prepare candidates and clients for interview
* Ensure high-level client and candidate satisfaction
* Update and complete all candidate and client information on database systems
Essential Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years of recruitment experience
* Staff management experience
* Third-level education, ideally with a business qualification
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Thrives in target-driven environments
* Positive, sociable, and results-oriented
* Previous sales or industry experience
