Contracts Manager A well-established and rapidly growing civil engineering contractor with a strong project pipeline across Ireland. They specialise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects. Role Overview: The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, budgets, and project teams to ensure the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of civil engineering projects. They will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts and subcontractors across multiple projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Oversee project financials, including budgeting and cost control. Negotiate contracts and manage project documentation. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. Mentor and lead junior staff. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 8+ years' experience in contracts management or project management in civil engineering. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and construction processes. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
