Job Title Kitchen Porter Reporting to Head Chef Job Description: We are looking for kitchen porters to join our team at Kilkea Castle.
Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include: Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards Requirements: Previous experience working in a kitchen is an advantage.
