Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, requires support in their Order Management department.
Job Summary
The primary role is to serve as a contact for business-to-business customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This involves working with customers through calls and emails while managing orders and other tasks. Prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail are crucial skills for this position.
About the Role
This position focuses on customer service and administrative tasks. Bilingual German speakers with excellent communication skills are desired. Experience in fast-paced office environments or customer-oriented roles is not mandatory, but a can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are essential.
About the Opportunity
We offer an hourly salary of €16.41, 37.5 hours per week, resulting in approximately €32,000 per year (before tax). The contract will be with Cpl and initially fixed-term, with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
Work Arrangements
Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm) apply. A hybrid model allows for 3 days per week from the Dublin 22 office and 2 days from home. After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
