We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage existing accounts while driving new sales opportunities in the construction industry.
This position involves visiting diverse customer sites, including construction sites, production plants, and offices, to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
You don't need to be an expert in construction or account managementwe're looking for someone who is dedicated, passionate, and curious.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong partnerships with customers by understanding their business and identifying their needs.
* Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering sustainable, long-term relationships.
* Effectively manage your territory, identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
* Provide tailored solutions and technical advice during site visits.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B or field sales role.
* Professional, organised, and a natural people person.
* A full, clean driver's license is essential.
