Job Description:
This is a leadership role that requires the management of a team of strategic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives, stakeholder mapping, and campaign building tailored to ChromeOS enterprise use cases.
The role involves driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes. Hands-on sales enablement and coaching are essential to ensure rigorous qualification standards are met.
A strong thought leader within the wider sales organization, you will maintain a deep understanding of ChromeOS offerings to effectively enable the team across diverse EMEA territories.
You will own day-to-day operational management, in close partnership with client contacts, ensuring adherence to team goals and client-defined objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing or coaching sales reps across the technology sector, with personal experience managing a BDR motion or developing new business through prospecting in the SaaS or technology space.
Key skills include excellent presentation and listening skills, strong verbal, digital, and written communication skills, and ability to contribute in building new processes and systems.
In addition, the role requires self-reliance, adaptability, decisiveness, and professionalism, with the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
