Lifestyle Specialist Role
You'll work closely with our Senior Lifestyle Buying Manager to develop new and existing product categories that support our Connected Life strategy. This includes Music, Home & Entertainment, and other exciting areas.
* Support category strategy, new product introduction, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and devices team coordination.
* Understand consumer needs, stay up-to-date on the latest trends, and possess excellent commercial knowledge and communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing the lifestyle range strategy and setting up new products on internal systems.
* Conducting product desk research and reporting on relevant trends.
* Implementing effective new product introduction processes, including supplier setup and sales analysis.
* Sourcing and managing samples, and collaborating with the visual merchandising team.
* Supporting content creation, in-house training, and overall customer and store experience.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Buyers Assistant or Category Specialist.
* In-depth knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and new product introduction.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Expertise in mobile/technology categories (nice to have).
