**Human Resources Business Partner**
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in North Dublin. This role will report to the HR Manager and support employees at all levels to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a HR Partner to business leaders, developing HR strategies, needs assessments, and resulting HR solutions.
* Assist the Human Resources Manager in developing and delivering HR strategies, programs, and services that influence and drive business needs.
* Coach business leaders on HR practices to enhance talent pipeline development and retention, increase organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
* Utilise skills in data analysis and survey results analysis to generate insights around talent, culture, and engagement.
* In partnership with HR Centres of Excellence, implement HR programs to support People Strategy & Organisational Goals around organisational effectiveness, change management, and enhancing an inclusive culture.
* Work with HR Operations and business leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.
* 6-8 years of Business HR Partnering experience with experience in one other HR specialisation.
* Strong knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
* A passion for people with a strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding organisation.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
