**Temporary Clerical Officer - Limerick**
We are currently recruiting for multiple temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support in the department.
* Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
* Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
* Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Complete invoices.
* Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
