Overview
The Commercial Finance Lead is accountable for executing Southeast Europe Sub Area core finance processes and leveraging analytics and insights to drive revenue, consumption/usage, and maximize ROI. Additionally, the Commercial Finance Lead drives long-range planning across the Sub Area. The Commercial Finance Lead will manage a team of finance professionals and will empower and inspire our people to lead and be part of high performing impactful teams while providing diverse career opportunities.

Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science OR related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership OR finance, or related field.
OR
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen
* Proven collaboration and strong teamwork capability, including virtual engagement
* Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* IT/Tech industry experience is desired but not specifically required
* Leadership on values & integrity with ability to scale and influence for impact
Responsibilities
* Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

* Perform and review analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions, etc.). Prepare and summarize recommendations.
* Work directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable budget for each group. Complete and review analysis, modeling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partner and solicit insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
* Guide others to contribute to budget, reporting, closing, and recurring business review processes. Manage the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting. Ensure the team is generating relevant and actionable insights to move the business forward. Collaborate and empower others to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
* Deliver results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manage the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting. Generate relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward.
* Share business insights and advance solutions and action plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities. Provide credible insights into trends, performance improvements, and growth. Facilitate to resolve complex issues. Manage and execute processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
* Articulate a comprehensive view of financial results and approaches leaders can implement based on deep understanding of business partner and counterpart work context and situation. Consider competing views and alternative solutions when formulating recommendations for financial plans and forecasts.
* Drive improvements in data management through automation. Apply understanding of advanced technology to accomplish business goals and to provide greater depth of analysis.
* Understand the interconnections between data, information, and results and translate this into forward-looking narratives and forecasts. Implement creative ways to show patterns and draw conclusions to help drive decisions and clearly communicate findings.
* Own MCAPS finance policy and guidance.
* Continue strong alignment with Internal Audit, EG finance, CFT and other corporate partners driving risk-based compliance frameworks. Build relationships of trust and honesty to ensure compliance risks are freely discussed and handled in a timely manner. Embody our culture and values.
