About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of our client's service offerings across their range of services.
* Utilize skills in structured problem-solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to drive profitability and performance improvement.
* Identify areas for process improvement, including system, process, or people changes.
* Analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes.
* Manage people and project teams, engaging with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
* Participate in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out.
* Help identify problems, opportunities, and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows.
* Develop creative solutions to address issues.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* A strong understanding of core business operations gained through project delivery.
* Excellent relationship management skills, acquired through consulting roles or financial services/technology organisations.
* 5 years' experience delivering transformation programmes in financial institutions.
* Professionalism, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
* Ongoing professional development to maintain and improve skill profile.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to key stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
* Numeric analysis, presentation, process mapping, and requirement-gathering skills.
* Proven analytic and workshop facilitation skills.
* Lean six sigma and/or BCS training/certification.
* Project Management and/or Agile certification.
