Yard Operative/Forklift Driver
We are looking for a Yard Operative/Forklift Driver in our distribution centre in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork.
Layher is the world’s biggest manufacturer of scaffolding systems. We offer a comprehensive range of scaffolding systems, protective systems, and event systems, plus rolling towers and ladders.
Job Description:
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Ensure the Yard/Warehouse is kept tidy at all times
* Check off deliveries to the Warehouse and ensuring quantities are correct
* Stock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy
* Assisting customers
* Supporting stock takes
* Work and communicate as a team member to ensure the Warehouse operates efficiently
* Adhere to and promote the highest level of safety
Qualifications:
* Forklift Experience
* Good communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Scaffolding experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
