DESCRIPTION
EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Service & Repair Team based in the Kildare area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide day to day mechanical expertise within a Water treatment environment.
* Be responsible for maintenance and system support on all process equipment and pumping systems in the Leinster Area
* Use analytical troubleshooting skills to quickly determine the root cause and all necessary repairs.
* Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in an efficient, safe and in line with current H&S legislation.
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation using our mobile CMMS system
* Plan work activities in conjunction with the Service Manager and Area Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
* Diploma/Senior Trades in mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Knowledge of water pumping systems, Engine driven equipment (pumps, generators, Compressors), Pipework installation and pressure/flow instrumentation.
* Experience in S/S and plastic welding an advantage.
* Candidates should be flexible regarding working hours.
* Full Driving Licence
