Customer Service and Office Administrator - Ballymount, Dublin 12 Office Based role - Parking provided Salary: Depending on experience (circa €32-40k) Our client is a well-established engineering company and are now looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team.
Duties: General office duties Answering and responding to incoming calls and email from customers Generating reports for customers, contractors and management through internal systems as well as EXCEL & WORD Extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy with internal systems Understanding customer needs, queries and requirements and acting on them to ensure the customer satisfaction Providing excellent customer service to all our customers Electronic & manual filing & scanning Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required Requirements: Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service / office administration Excellent customer service skills Previous experience in admin within a service / engineering environment an advantage Written and spoken English IT literate Numerical efficiency Good administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good attitude to work Good interpersonal skills Discretion in relation to confidential information Experience in the fire safety business not necessary, as full training will be provided.
