Molloy's Bar and Grill is looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of our food service - including The Station Restaurant, Bar, special events, and much more.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and rewarding environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality food and consistent food service Plan and develop creative menus Manage kitchen operations, SOP's, stock levels, food and wage costings Lead, motivate, and support a professional kitchen team Ensure full compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety standards Collaborate with management to promote and grow the business What We're Looking ForCulinary qualification (Diploma in Professional Cooking, BA in Culinary Arts, or City & Guilds 706 1/2/3)A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar kitchen management roleStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsA team player who can also work independentlyPassion for quality food and excellent customer experienceExperience in managing a busy large, busy Gastro Pub Why Join Us?At Molloy's Bar and Grill, we take pride in serving great food in a fun environment.
