Our client, a leading firm in Co. Wexford, is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join their Audit & Assurance department.

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries.
* Take responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, ensuring seamless client and team communications.
* Plan the execution and finalisation of audit assignments while maintaining the highest standards.
* Lead, manage, motivate, and coach members of the audit team to ensure excellence and career development.
* Build and maintain proactive working relationships with clients, ensuring year-round engagement and satisfaction, not just during the audit process.
* Research and resolve technical queries from clients.
* Deliervery top-quality auditing services that meet or exceed client expectations.
* Overssee the successful completion of audit engagements from start to finish.
Key Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualifications.
* 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Previous supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience.
* A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills.
* Awareness of business trends and emerging industry developments.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to critically assess and analyse information.
