We are presently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our clients, a prestige motor brand in South Dublin. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a skilled sales team to drive profitability and exceed performance targets of the premium brand. This is a full-time position, based in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
1. Foster a high-performance culture, engaging all levels of the organization.
2. Build and manage a sales team focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Set and negotiate yearly sales targets with distributors.
4. Achieve excellence across sales, aftersales, people management, safety, and service.
5. Ensure compliance with group policies and standards.
6. Monitor KPIs to ensure the dealership meets targets.
7. Maintain financial and operational performance.
8. Conduct team meetings, team training, and staff evaluations.
9. Deliver a luxury customer experience, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
10. Take responsibility for the overall performance of the sales team.
11. Represent the dealership to major & fleet customers.
The person:
1. Proven management experience in the motor industry.
2. A minimum of 5 years previous experience with a proven and successful track record in sales and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
3. Desirable: luxury motor brand and passenger vehicle knowledge.
