Our complete waste management service incorporates the collection and safe disposal of solid and liquid waste.
The company employs over 80 team members and due to continued investment and expansion are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Skip Dispatcher to support our Organisation.
Reports to:
* The Skip Dispatcher will report to the Business Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Skip/Roll on dispatch.
Account Dockets (Reference Director).
Monthly reports.
Look after the info email & Collections email.
Deals with Skip complaints.
POs at the end of the month.
Shared office Tasks below:
Shopify/online orders Answering the door and greeting customers at the front desk.
End of month Matching and posting invoices & statements Ensuring all your allocated/Department dockets are up to date.
Answering phone calls.
Generating & Exporting calls when rostered or required.
Setting up new accounts for different departments when required as per phone call received.
Assisting your Accounts Colleagues/Financial controller with any quires in relation to your department regarding price errors/invoices/tonnage errors.
Assisting with the training of new employees when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Set up accounts/prices/standing orders.
Deal with any quires/orders that other staff members have about their department that they are unsure of.
Researching and enquiring about the area to see if the job can be done or service can be provided and then organising the works to be completed.
Scheduling calls daily and the days in advance.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer service position.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
